Engineering — AI Division

Full‑stack Developer (Flareport)

Help build Flareport — our AI live video commerce platform for real‑time streams with agent assist and checkout.

What you’ll do

  • Design, build, and own services across the stack (TypeScript/Node.js, React/Next.js).
  • Implement real‑time video features (WebRTC, HLS/DASH, SFU like mediasoup/janus).
  • Ship agent‑assist flows integrating LLMs, vector search, and retrieval pipelines.
  • Model data with Postgres; cache with Redis; event pipelines via Kafka/Redpanda.
  • Integrate payments and commerce APIs; secure auth with OAuth/OIDC.
  • Deploy on edge (Cloudflare Pages/Workers, KV, Durable Objects); instrument with logs/metrics and Sentry.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in product engineering; you’ve shipped and supported production systems.
  • Strong in React/Next.js + Tailwind, Node.js, REST/GraphQL, WebSockets.
  • Hands‑on with WebRTC/media pipelines, low‑latency networking, and performance.
  • LLM integration basics (prompting, embeddings, evaluators); care for safety and UX.
  • Solid engineering habits: testing, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), code review, observability.
  • Nice to have: FFmpeg, GPU inference, Terraform, Nginx, Stripe.

Enterprise Sales — Marketplaces

Lead enterprise sales for Flareport in marketplace & retail ecosystems. You’ll run full‑cycle deals with commerce leaders.

What you’ll do

  • Own pipeline creation to close: outbound, discovery, tailored demos, pilots, and MSAs.
  • Navigate complex procurement; build champions; drive mutual close plans.
  • Partner with product on feedback loops; quantify ROI and business outcomes.
  • Forecast accurately; maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce).

What we’re looking for

  • 5–10 years closing B2B SaaS deals ($50k–$500k+ ACV) with marketplaces/retail.
  • Command of one framework (MEDDICC, SPICED, Challenger) and enterprise negotiation.
  • Comfort selling technical value (APIs, integrations, security, compliance).
  • Clear written & verbal communication; executive presence.
  • Nice to have: commerce platform ecosystem experience (Shopify/VTEX/Adobe), channel partners.
